Shipping

Where we ship from. Orders ship from our warehouses in Winkler, Manitoba and Minnetonka, Minnesota, depending on where your items are in stock.

Processing. Orders usually leave within 1 to 3 business days. Pre-order and limited-drop items ship on the timeline shown on the product page. You will get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Rates. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and cart. We offer flat-rate standard shipping to Canada and the United States, and free shipping on orders over the threshold shown on our site. International orders outside Canada and the U.S. are charged carrier rates at checkout.

Duties and taxes. Orders shipped across the Canada and U.S. border, or internationally, may be charged duties, taxes, or brokerage fees by your country's customs service. These are the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy. Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email contact@nobad.store right away and we will fix it if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days, or it shows delivered and you cannot find it, email contact@nobad.store with your order number and we will work it out with the carrier.
