Refund policy

You can request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. Email contact@nobad.store with your order number to get started.

We’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover the cost of return shipping.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Sale items are eligible under the same policy.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us and we’ll make it right.
