ORDERING
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed - this does not include shipping times. If there is any issue with your order, we will reach out to you via the email listed on your order in a timely manner. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been packed and shipped out with the respective carrier.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, it must be done within 48 hours of purchase. Please contact us at contact@nobad.store to make the cancellation.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
Do I need to pay customs on my orders?
NOBAD is not responsible for any customs or duties that are levied on international orders. Tax rates may vary between countries and we unfortunately do not have control over any possible duties.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Transit times for orders vary depending on the region and where they are being shipped to. This refers only to the transit times with the carriers once a tracking number has been generated.
*Average shipping time is roughly 5-10 business days.
RETURNS
What is your return or exchange policy?

I received my order and it was damaged or defective. What can I do?
If you've received your order and it was damaged or defective, please contact our support team with your order number and images of the garment immediately within 3 days of receiving your order.
