NOBAD was founded by five former college hockey teammates who believed the sport needed a new look—one that felt authentic, modern, and relatable. What started in the locker room as a mantra—“No Bad Days”—turned into a mission to grow the game beyond the ice. Our mission is to grow the game, create new fans, and connect people to hockey in a way that feels fresh for the modern generation.
